Our Team

Jeff Luzzi has over 20 years of Private Equity, Marketing and Operations experience across multiple industries (Technology, Gaming, Sports, Consumer Goods, etc.). 

Prior to joining Trellis, Mr. Luzzi was the CMO/COO of several start-ups and served as the lead for fundraising, negotiations, due diligence and acquisitions. 

Mr. Luzzi graduated from Arizona State University, with a B.S. in Marketing and an MBA from  University of Phoenix.

Michael Todd has more than 30 years of leadership experience in Information Technology and guiding top-tier companies in IT strategy.

​

Michael has held a wide variety of positions ranging from Director of Product Marketing, VP Sales, multiple stints as a CTO, 15 years as an business owner running a nationwide multi-million value added reseller.

​

At Trellis Michael will bring his extensive experience and energy to the Business Advisory team helping discovery new opportunities, provide strategic guidance, and management support to ensure the maximin return to the shareholders. Michael lives in the Seattle area where he enjoys Flying, build cars, and water skiing.

Jake joined Trellis as part of the Deal Origination team. He brings experience in deal sourcing from his time in venture capital at 3 different funds primarily focusing on enterprise software in US markets. While working at a startup accelerator, Jake has also worked closely with founders and CEO's at high growth startups advising them on fundraising strategies for investors around the world. Prior to receiving his business degree from the University of Southern California, Jake worked in a handful of software sales roles at both public companies and growth stage startups.

William serves as Managing Director of Deal Origination at Trellis Advisors. He works with sophisticated investors helping them generate access to proprietary deal flow.

Prior to Trellis Advisors, William was part of the Executive Leadership team of Razorhorse Capital. He has spent more than 10 years in Finance, M&A and deal origination. He has extensive experience in working with software and tech-enabled services companies.

William is a graduate of the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business and William currently resides in Los Angeles, California.

Lawrence Shuler is an Origination Advisor with Trellis Advisors. Mr. Shuler has worked in Sales and Marketing for over 25 years with experiences that include Business Development.

Mr. Shuler has built a reputation of strong client/customer relationships based on mutual respect, integrity, and honesty. 

Mr. Shuler's primary duties are finding companies throughout the United States, that are either looking to be acquired, or need a growth equity investment, and matching their needs with the right Private Equity firms.

Guilherme joined Trellis as part of the Deal Origination team and brings years of deal sourcing experience in the software and tech-enabled services field, primarily focused on the US, European and Latin America markets. Guilherme also works with investors to identify the deals that best fit their mandates, providing support through the entire M&A transaction process. Guilherme is a graduated in Business Administration at UNESP University of São Paulo, and he currently resides in São Paulo, Brazil.

Bryce serves Trellis by leading much of the firm's research and origination efforts, working with investors to identify the right deals.

Prior to Trellis, Bryce spent a handful of years learning from industry veterans at Castle Crow and Razorhorse, and also working alongside and originating deals for some of the most successful VC, PE and strategic investors in technology and the old economy.

Bryce is a graduate of the University of Nevada Reno and currently resides in Reno, NV.

Dallas joined Trellis Advisors in 2020, as part of the Deal Origination team.  He values building relationships with clients and takes pride in providing support through the entire M&A transaction process.

Dallas is a unique member of Trellis, as he is currently competing in his 6th season as a professional soccer player. He also competes internationally, as a member of the Guam Men’s National Team. His background as a professional athlete aligns with the Trellis mentality, which has the overarching themes of dedication and focus. 

Dallas received his MBA from Xavier University and currently resides in Greenville, South Carolina. “
